My Services
The My Services section allows you to view and monitor all services that have been configured and approved for your provider account within the Sensible Care platform. This section gives you complete visibility into your approved service offerings, pricing structures, billing units, and service statuses.
To access this section, click My Services from the left-hand navigation menu.
All services linked to your provider account that have been submitted and approved through the onboarding process will be displayed here, aligned with the applicable Aged Care framework.
Service List
All approved services are displayed in a structured list format. Each row represents an individual service.
Information Displayed per Service
Service Type
Identifies the classification of the service being provided.
Examples:
- Support at Home
- Community Care
- Therapy Services
- Transport Services
Service Code
A unique identifier assigned to each service, used for invoicing and record-keeping purposes.
Category
Displays the broader category under which the service has been classified.
Time Unit
Defines how the service is measured and billed.
Possible values:
- Hourly
- Daily
- Per Session
- Per Visit
- Kilometers
Rate / Fee
Displays the approved billing amount associated with each service.
Important: Ensure rates are accurate as incorrect pricing may impact invoice and payment calculations.
GST
Indicates whether GST applies to the service.
Status
Shows whether the service is currently active and available for operational use within the platform.

Requesting a Service Change
If you need to update any of your approved service details, you can submit a modification request through the portal.
How to Submit a Change Request
Step 1 — Click Request Change
Click the Request Change button located at the top right of the My Services page.
Step 2 — Locate the Service
Find the specific service you wish to modify from the list.
Step 3 — Enter Updated Information
Enter the updated details for the service.
Step 4 — Submit for Review
Submit the request. It will be sent to the Sensible Care administration team for review.
Types of Changes You Can Request
- Updating service pricing
- Changing billing units
- Editing service descriptions
- Adjusting service categories
- Correcting existing service information
What Happens After Submission
- You may receive notifications if additional clarification is required
- Once approved, the updated service information will reflect on your My Services page
- Certain updates, particularly pricing or compliance-related changes, may require manual approval before becoming active on the platform
Reviewing Your Services Regularly
It is recommended that you regularly review the My Services page to ensure everything remains accurate and up to date.

Service Status Reference

Logging In to the Service Provider Portal
Once your password has been set up and your account has been activated, navigate to the Sensible Care login page to access the portal.
Login Steps
Step 1 — Enter Your Credentials
Enter your registered email address and password on the login page.
Step 2 — Alternative Sign-In
You may also use the Sign in with Microsoft option if your organisation uses Microsoft credentials.
Step 3 — Stay Signed In
Select Remember Me if you wish to stay signed in on your device.
Step 4 — Access the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the Provider Dashboard.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset it.
