Dashboard

The Service Provider Dashboard is the primary workspace for all service providers within the Sensible Care platform. It gives you a complete overview of your provider account, onboarding progress, compliance requirements, agreements, and recent activities in real time.

This dashboard is designed to help you quickly understand:

  • What tasks are completed
  • What actions are still pending
  • What approvals are required
  • How to manage your provider account efficiently

Whether you are a newly onboarded provider or an active provider managing services, the dashboard keeps all important information accessible in one place.

Getting Started

After logging into the platform, you will automatically land on the Provider Dashboard.

From here, you can:

  • Complete onboarding requirements
  • Upload compliance documents
  • Review agreements
  • Track approval statuses
  • Manage services
  • Monitor recent account activity

The dashboard acts as your central hub for all provider-related operations.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is divided into multiple sections to help you manage your account easily.

Welcome Panel

The Welcome Panel appears at the top of the dashboard and provides a quick summary of your account status.

What You Can View

  • Your account activation status
  • Whether your provider profile is verified
  • Current onboarding progress
  • Important next-step guidance

What You Should Do

As a provider, you should regularly review this section to ensure:

  • Your account is active
  • Your profile is verified
  • No onboarding steps are pending

If your account is still under review or incomplete, this section will guide you on the next required action.

Account Overview

The Account Overview section gives you a detailed breakdown of your provider account and onboarding progress.

Account Type

Displays your registered provider role within the platform.

Examples:

  • Service Provider
  • Healthcare Provider
  • Therapist
  • Consultant

Onboarding Status

Shows the progress of your onboarding journey.

Possible statuses include:

  • Not Started
  • In Progress
  • Pending Review
  • Completed

A progress indicator may also be displayed to help you track completion.

Compliance Status

Displays the status of your required compliance documents.

Possible statuses:

  • Pending
  • Submitted
  • Approved
  • Rejected

If documents are rejected, you may need to re-upload corrected versions.

Agreements Status

Shows whether mandatory agreements and contracts have been:

  • Pending Review
  • Signed
  • Approved

Completing Your Onboarding

The onboarding process ensures your provider account is fully configured and compliant before offering services on the platform.

Step 1 — Review Your Profile Information

Verify that all profile details are accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Provider credentials
  • Service details

Step 2 — Upload Compliance Documents

Upload all required compliance documents through the dashboard.

Examples may include:

  • Identification documents
  • Certifications
  • Licenses
  • Insurance documents

Ensure documents are:

  • Clear and readable
  • Valid and not expired
  • Uploaded in the supported format

Step 3 — Review and Sign Agreements

Open all required agreements and review them carefully.

After reviewing:

  • Accept the agreement terms
  • Complete electronic signatures if required

Step 4 — Wait for Approval

Once all requirements are submitted:

  • The platform administration team will review your account
  • Your status will update automatically after approval

You can monitor all approval progress directly from the dashboard.

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions section allows you to perform common provider tasks quickly without navigating through multiple pages.

Upload Documents

Quickly upload missing or updated compliance documents.

Use this option when:

  • Documents expire
  • Additional verification is requested
  • Corrections are needed

Manage Services

Update or request modifications to your services.

This may include:

  • Adding services
  • Editing service details
  • Updating availability
  • Requesting approvals

Review Agreements

Access all provider agreements and review their status.

You can:

  • View pending agreements
  • Revisit signed agreements
  • Complete outstanding approvals

Reach the support team directly for assistance related to:

  • Account setup
  • Compliance issues
  • Technical problems
  • Service management

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section provides a timeline of all important actions related to your account.

This helps you maintain visibility into all actions performed within your provider account.

SnapForms Details

The SnapForms Details section displays the current status of your provider agreement submission made through the SnapForms link provided in your agreement email.

What Is Displayed

  • Current status of your agreement submission
  • A Status: Completed confirmation along with the date and time of submission (once submitted)
  • Your unique Provider ID, which serves as your permanent identifier within the Sensible Care platform
