Member Onboarding
The Sensible Care Member Portal provides a secure and convenient way for invited family members or representatives to view approved client information, review permitted budget and invoice details, contact the care team, and manage their own account settings.
Dashboard
The Member Dashboard is the main landing page after login. It shows the selected client's care overview according to your assigned permissions. Only the sections and information that the primary client has permitted you to access will be visible on this screen.
Invoices & Payments
The Invoices and Payments section allows you to view invoice and payment records for the linked client. The tabs and features available to you depend on two factors — whether View Invoices permission has been granted to you, and whether the linked client has Client Reimbursements enabled.
Budget
The Budget tab allows you to view the linked client's complete budget position, including total budget usage, active pathways, quarterly spending breakdowns, and recent budget activity.
Care Team
The Care Team tab allows you to view the care team contact details for the linked client and get in touch with them directly through the portal.
Settings
The Settings section is available to all members in the Member Portal and provides access to profile management, security options, and help resources. Certain account-level controls that are exclusive to the primary client are restricted and will not be visible in the Member Portal.
