Client Onboarding
The Sensible Care Client Portal is a dedicated workspace designed to give you full visibility and control over your care plan, budget, invoices, payments, and care team — all from one secure location.
Dashboard
The Home Dashboard is the main landing page after login. It provides a complete care overview for the day, including your active pathways, schedule information, budget position, and care team details — all accessible from one centralised location.
Invoices
The Invoices tab allows you to submit reimbursement invoice details for services you have paid for directly. You can enter invoice details manually or upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG file and let the portal extract the details for you.
Payments
The Payments section is used to review all invoice and payment records associated with your account. You can filter, search, sort, and view the details of any submitted invoice from this screen.
Budget
The Budget tab shows your complete budget position, including how much has been spent, what remains available, what is committed to future services, and a breakdown of activity by quarter.
Care Team
The Care Team tab shows the details of your assigned care team or care manager. From this page you can view contact information, start a phone call, or send an email directly through the portal.
Settings
The Settings section contains all account-level configuration options for your portal. Settings is organised into the following tabs: Profile, Security, Members, System, and Help.
