Settings

The Settings section is available to all members in the Member Portal and provides access to profile management, security options, and help resources. Certain account-level controls that are exclusive to the primary client are restricted and will not be visible in the Member Portal.

Profile

The Profile tab allows you to manage your own personal details and contact preferences within the Member Portal.

Available Fields

  • Preferred Name — The name you want displayed throughout the portal
  • Email Address — Your portal login email address
  • Mobile Number — A 10-digit mobile number

Contact Preference

Select your preferred method of contact:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Phone
  • Portal

Saving Changes

Click Save Changes to apply all profile and contact preference updates.

Security

The Security tab allows you to update your own portal login password.

Password Change Fields

  • Current Password — Enter your existing password
  • New Password — Enter the new password you wish to use
  • Confirm New Password — Re-enter the new password to confirm

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol

Updating Your Password

Click Update Password to submit the password change.

Help

The Help tab provides access to support resources, frequently asked questions, and guides.

Support

The Support section displays the following contact options:

  • Support phone number
  • Support email address
  • Support hours

Available Actions

  • Call Now — Start a phone call to the support team
  • Send Email — Open an email to the support team

Guides

Access step-by-step guides to help you use the Member Portal effectively.

Restricted Member Controls

The following controls are available only to the primary client account holder and will not be visible in the Member Portal:

  • Invite a Family Member — Members cannot send invitations to other members
  • Member Management — Members cannot view, edit, pause, or remove other members
