Invoices & Payments
The Invoices and Payments section allows you to view invoice and payment records for the linked client. The tabs and features available to you depend on two factors — whether View Invoices permission has been granted to you, and whether the linked client has Client Reimbursements enabled.
Permission Required: If View Invoices has not been granted, invoice and payment areas will be hidden or access will be denied.

What Is Available
The exact tabs displayed depend on the linked client's account configuration:
| Tab | When It Appears |
|---|---|
| Payments | Available when View Invoices permission is granted |
| Invoices | Available when the linked client is Self Managed and Client Reimbursements is enabled |
Payments
The Payments tab displays all invoice and payment records for the linked client.
Status Filters
Use the status filter tabs to view invoices by their current stage:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Invoice has been submitted and is awaiting review |
| Approved | Invoice has been reviewed and approved for payment |
| Rejected | Invoice has been rejected and may require correction |
| Paid | Invoice has been fully processed and payment has been made |
View Invoice
Click View Invoice on any record to open the full invoice details, including line items, current status, and the original uploaded document if available.

No Permission
If View Invoices has not been granted by the primary client, the invoice and payment areas will remain hidden or display an access denied message. Contact the primary client to request permission if access is required.
