Dashboard
The Member Dashboard is the main landing page after login. It shows the selected client's care overview according to your assigned permissions. Only the sections and information that the primary client has permitted you to access will be visible on this screen.
Getting Started
After logging into the Member Portal, you will automatically land on the Member Dashboard.
From here, you can:
- View the active client's care status and key updates
- Review budget details (if View Budget permission is granted)
- View care team information (if View Care Team permission is granted)
- Access quick action shortcuts for permitted areas
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is divided into multiple sections, each of which is visible only when the relevant permission has been granted by the primary client.
Client Name
Displays the name of the client you are currently viewing within the Member Portal.
Care Overview
Provides a summary of the client's current care status and key updates, including active pathways and relevant notifications.
Budget Summary
Shows a summary of the client's budget position.
Permission Required: This section is only visible when View Budget permission has been granted.
What Is Displayed
- Budget overview and usage
- Available and committed budget amounts
Care Team Summary
Shows the care manager or care team details for the active client.
Permission Required: This section is only visible when View Care Team permission has been granted.
What Is Displayed
- Care team member name and role
- Contact availability summary
Quick Actions
Shows shortcuts for the areas you are permitted to access.
Only actions relevant to your assigned permissions will appear in this section.
