Care Team

The Care Team tab allows you to view the care team contact details for the linked client and get in touch with them directly through the portal.

Permission Required: This section is only visible when View Care Team permission has been granted by the primary client.

Care Team Details​

When View Care Team permission is granted, the following information is available.

Care Team Profile​

Displays the following information for the assigned care team member:

  • Care team name
  • Role
  • Current status

Contact Actions​

The Care Team page provides two direct contact options:

Call Care Team​

Click Call Care Team to start a phone call using the listed phone number directly from your device.

Send an Email​

Click Send an Email to open an email addressed to the care team's listed email address.

Contact Details​

The following contact information is displayed:

  • Available hours
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Location

No Permission

If View Care Team has not been granted by the primary client, the Care Team tab will remain hidden or display an access denied message. Contact the primary client to request permission if access is required.
